My Inspiration is nature. Before I painted fantasy creatures I started off with birds and flowers; at the time I considered it basic. I started drawing when I was three years old. I remember when my uncle was baby sitting me and my brother. I saw him drawing and I thought it was the coolest thing ever. When I got diagnosed with depression my paintings got darker and darker. From then on I always painted dark and mysterious paintings. I enjoy acrylic paints since it dries faster and it comes in bold colors. My favorite color scheme is the darker shades. It's my way to express myself. I didn't foster my skills; it came naturally. I needed some art classes, but everything came naturally over time. If I could meet any artist in the world it would be the Australian artist Patricia Piccinini. She is known for making hybrid creatures and the consequences that people don't realize. She also expresses that someday nature and machines will combine and becomewhat we think is impossible.
